Tailgating Menus

Tailgating is an essential part of any home game.  Obviously this involves pumping music, a plethora of alcoholic beverages, and great food.  Each week, we attempt to make food that corresponds with the visiting team.  It can be based off of players names, the area the team is from or whatever we think works :-)   Below is the menu for each game:

September 13 Denver Broncos Pancakes, Bacon, and Denver Omelets for breakfast.  Bronco Burgers with BBB baked beans (for the 3 Brandon's), chips and "Champ" Bailey's Irish Cream Cake
September 27 Pittsburgh Steelers Roethlis-burgers, Black and Gold Salsa (Black bean and corn), chips, and brownies
October 10 Houston Texans Pancakes for breakfast.  Owen "Jack" Daniels marinated Flank Steak fajitas, Skyline dip, Sweet potato casserole, and Caramel Chris "Brown"ies.
October 25 Chicago Bears Pancakes and donuts for breakfast.  Authentic Chicago Italian Beef sandwiches, Mac and Cheese, and "Desmond" Clark bar dessert.
November 11 Baltimore Ravens Pancakes for breakfast.  Raven Wings (chicken), loaded mashed potatoes, and fruit with dip.  Cookies for dessert.
November 29 Cleveland Browns Pancakes for breakfast. Mexican taco dip as an appetizer. Homemade Chili with corn bread. And of course, "Brown"ies for dessert!
December 6 Detroit Lions Buffallo chicken dip, pork tenderloin, and ranch-loaded mashed potatoes. Cookies for dessert!
December 27 Kansas City Chiefs Due to the Christmas holiday, we only had the basics:  Hamburger, hotdogs, chips, and leftover Christmas desserts!

These are all game-time decisions and are subject to change.

*If its a 1:15 game or earlier, tailgating usually starts around 8AM or so.  Pancakes and bacon on the grill are a regular breakfast to go along with the first beer of the morning.
