Tailgating Menus - 2006 |
Tailgating is an essential part of any home game. Obviously this involves pumping music, a plethora of alcoholic beverages, and great food. Each week, we attempt to make food that corresponds with the visiting team. It can be based off of players names, the area the team is from or whatever we think works :-) Below is the menu for each game:

| October 22 | Carolina Panthers | Johnsonville Brats (for Keyshaun Johnson), Cheesy Metts, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Puppy Chow, Lindsay's Black Bean and Corn Salsa, Chips, and a Bengals Cake! (No theme this week due to the large number of tailgate attendees) |
| October 29 | Atlanta Falcons | "Falcon" Wings (Chicken wings cooked in the deep fryer), Macaroni and Cheese, Peanut Butter Buckeye Balls, and Chips. |
| November 12 | San Diego Chargers | Mexican cuisine (regional San Diego food): Flank steak fajitas with onions and peppers and all the trimings, Mexican rice, and refried beans |
| November 30 | Baltimore Ravens | Simple, standard menu for this game. Hamburgers, Bratts, and Metts for the main course. Mac and Cheese, Chips, and a pepperoni and cheese tray as sides. Cookies for dessert. |
| December 10 | Oakland Raiders | Art "Soft" Shell Steak Tacos, "Silver and Black" Bean Salsa, and Brandy "Randy Moss" Balls. And, as usual, Warren Sapp-y Pancakes and Bacon! |
| December 18 | @ Indianapolis Colts | Skyline Chili Dip (to represent Cincinnati), Homemade Roast Beef with Horsey sauce (Colts), several bags fo chips and cookies, and of course Colt 45's! |
| December 31 | Pittsburgh Steelers | TBD - Possibities: Ben Roethlis-burgers, Charlie Batch of brownies, Heath Bar Pie (for Heath Miller) |
These are all game-time decisions and are subject to change.
*If its a 1:15 game or earlier, tailgating usually starts around 8AM or so. Pancakes and bacon on the grill are a regular breakfast to go along with the first beer of the morning.
