Tailgating Menus - 2007

Previous Years:   2006   2007   2008   Current

Tailgating is an essential part of any home game.  Obviously this involves pumping music, a plethora of alcoholic beverages, and great food.  Each week, we attempt to make food that corresponds with the visiting team.  It can be based off of players names, the area the team is from or whatever we think works :-)   Below is the menu for each game:

September 10 Baltimore Ravens Club Sandwhiches (Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham, and Chicken) with bacon and all the toppings. Corn and Black Bean Salsa, Chips, Bengals Brownies, Rice Krispies Treats, and Orange and Purple Jello Shots!!
September 23 @ Seattle Seahawks No Tailgate... No time at this away game!!
October 1 New England Patriots Back to our themed food: Boston Baked Beans, Pork Tenderloin, Laurence "Macaroni" Maroney (Mac and Cheese), Cape Cod Potato Chips, and cookies!
October 21 New York Jets Tough game to have a theme for. So, just a good menu: Chicken and Steak Kabobs, diced potato casserole, chips and cheese puffs, and Graham cracker lemon/pineapple dessert! Since we got there at 10am, we had just enough time for pancakes and bacon!!
October 28 Pittsburgh Steelers Ben Roethlis-burgers, Willie Park-it-on-the-grill Dogs, Charlie Cheesy-Batch of potatoes, Santonio (Holmes) Salsa and Chips, and Heath (Miller) Bar pie.
November 18 Arizona Cardinals Southwest Theme: Beef and Chicken taquitos, chips and 7-layer dip, salami and cream cheese rolls, and Rice Krispies treats
November 25 Tennessee Titans No theme: Pork tenderloin, cheesy potatoes, chips, sour cream cake, and of course pancakes and bacon for breakfast!
December 9 St. Louis Rams St. Louis style boneless ribs! Cheesy potatoes, chips, pancakes and bacon!
December 23 Cleveland Browns Large tailgate, so we went "old school"... Burgers, hot dogs, Skyline dip, buffallo chicken dip, and cookies!

These are all game-time decisions and are subject to change.

*If its a 1:15 game or earlier, tailgating usually starts around 8AM or so.  Pancakes and bacon on the grill are a regular breakfast to go along with the first beer of the morning.
