Tailgating Menus - 2008

Previous Years:   2006   2007   2008   Current

Tailgating is an essential part of any home game.  Obviously this involves pumping music, a plethora of alcoholic beverages, and great food.  Each week, we attempt to make food that corresponds with the visiting team.  It can be based off of players names, the area the team is from or whatever we think works :-)   Below is the menu for each game:

September 14 Tennesse Titans Tennesse-Style Boneless Ribs, Cheesy Potatoes, Chips, Cookies, and Rice Krispie Treats
September 28 Cleveland Browns Club Sandwhiches (Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham, and Chicken) with bacon and all the toppings. Mexican Taco Dip, Chips, and "If It's Brown, Flush It Down" Brownies
October 19 Pittsburgh Steelers Ben Roethlis-burgers, Willie Park-it-on-the-grill Dogs, Mexican rice, Santonio (Holmes) Salsa and Chips, and Heath (Miller) Bar dessert/soup.
November 2 Jacksonville Jaguars No theme, but great food! Steak and chicken stir fry with green peppers and onions, loaded mashed potato casserole, chocolate and carmel cluster dessert.
November 16 Philadelphia Eagles Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. Provolone, thin cut steak, perfectly cooked onions... Yum!! Chips and sour cream cake for dessert.
November 30 Baltimore Ravens Raven Chicken wings with BW3's sauce, loaded mashed potato casserole, and home-made cupcakes for dessert!
December 14 Washington Redskins Menu coming soon!
December 28 Kansas City Chiefs Menu coming soon!

These are all game-time decisions and are subject to change.

*If its a 1:15 game or earlier, tailgating usually starts around 8AM or so.  Pancakes and bacon on the grill are a regular breakfast to go along with the first beer of the morning.
